Nak Kurus Care Dr. Izzah?? Slim and Fit I can ensure you! ;)


When Dr.Izzah started to advice you;
Before u guys read all the rules and regulation below,I nak bagitahu kenape u guys mesti bace n patuhi.. Reason yang agak reasonable di sini adalah 'saya sayangkan anda sume'.. Tahukah anda bahawa rakyat Malaysia di selubungi masalah obesiti yang makin parah saban hari?? and did u guys realize our country sekarang leading untuk rangking obesiti dunia??



Petua-petua yang perlu di patuhi:
(Remember! if any of the according rules are broken might cause you severe effect..'acah je'hihii ;))

Degrees of foods taking

  • Stop taking foods yang got extra calories.. Kalau korang nak sangat2x makan... makesure take them in small amounts!Contohnye: Fried mee ( Mee goreng tak kesah la mamak ke india ke..) makesure never more than 1/2 standard plate tu.. 
Degrees of sweets taking
  • Especially,sugars in drinks and foods taking.. just nak info u guys, sugar when don't use will be converted into Fat! So,let say today, u guys have taken higher amount of sugar so u guys burn it back by walking mase nak g class or maybe work place.. If u guys have free time why not bersukan cikit en! ;) 
Degrees of Sweating in a day
  • Definitely when talking about sweat means sports! Jogging,lompat kijang ke ape,berfutsal ke.... asal peluh korang kuar..(p/s golf mmg tidak membantu!hihi) Ohh.. this one definitely liat gilew korg nak ikot!'cause me myself pun not really follow this one! But nevermind ini untuk orang yang rajin2x di luar sane terutamanye suri rumah yang asyik duduk goyang kaki atau bapak-bapak yang telah pencen and asyik makan tido tu kan.. elok sangatlah bersukan cikit.
Never take any foods after 8pm
  • Seriously this one memang berkesan abis! Pernah meng-eksperimentasikan perkare di atas and resultnye sangat awesome di mane berat badan berjaye dikurang kan 1kg dalam 1minggu dengan syarat anda bergerak dan berkerja dari pagi sampai abis waktu office hour. Kalau duduk sahaja,possibility untuk turun sangat tipis!
